Pampers Swipers Review

November 13, 2008 – 6:35 pm | by Adrian

I hadn’t done a review in awhile so I thought I would do a review on my favorite wipes.  They are called Pampers Swipers.  I use these all the time - I bought two normal containers of the wipes and then I just buy the refills for it which comes with 3 packs in 1 refill.  It saves you a lot of money if you buy refills instead of buying the whole container all over again.

These wipes are a lot bigger than the typical baby wipe.  They are lightly scented and they are Pampers’ biggest and thickest wipe.  60 wipes come in a container and contains no alcohol in them which is always important.  And as it states on the container it is “THICK and cleans big messes” - Thats right I’m not kidding - it says in the bottom left corner that it cleans big messes.  So, this is perfect if you want a baby wipe with the nice baby scent to it that can clean up anything from wiping clean after a wet diaper to cleaning big messes after a messy diaper.

I personally don’t use any other wipe unless I have to.  Once you use these wipes you really don’t want to go back to any other wipe because of how soft, nicely scented, large, and thick these wipes are.  For reference purposes, when I have a messy diaper it typically takes Peter about 5-8 wipes to clean me up which is way better than if we used the smaller wipes that are basically made for smaller babies.  They even make a travel pack if you want to stick it in your purse, car, or whatever and not have to carry the full container.  They are the best wipe I have come across for the price and they have that nice baby scent to it so it adds to the adult baby experience.  If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Pampers Swipers: Buy Pampers Swipers Here or you can find them in any grocery store, drug store, Walmart, or Target.

Bringing Adult Diapers Mainstream

November 10, 2008 – 3:11 am | by Adrian

"The only normal people are the ones you don't know very well"

Ever since I have worn diapers even though I do not care much what others think, I have always dreamt of ways to bring the adult diaper phenomenon into mainstream society.  I truly think it can be done.  I would love to be able to normalize in society to a greater extent the wearing of adult diapers.  I think this can be done.  Signs of it are already present in societies such as Japan wear adult diapers are way more normal for such practical reasons as long train rides.  So, why not in other places?

Though most people will not say anything if they ‘catch’ you wearing a diaper as if they have any conscious or understanding they would most likely assume its for personal health reasons.  But, I truly believe that the adult diaper wearing notion can be brought into the limelight for more practical reasons and deserve more understandings.

This not only requires a mindset change from people outside the community but also a ABDL community effort to represent adult diapers and the wearing of adult diapers in a more light hearted and practical manner.  It will require a grassroots campaign from everyone from diaper product makers such as Bambino Diapers to the community of ABDL’s.  I am determined to bring the ABDL community into a better light with mainstream society and I plan to make great efforts to do this.  I will be keeping everyone updated on things I will be doing and have done on my blog so stay tuned because this is going to happen - I am determined.

Tennis with Peter and Friends

November 6, 2008 – 12:12 am | by Adrian

While I must admit that I do not exercise as much as I should I do enjoy showing off my awfully poor tennis skills.  Everyone has a good laugh at me.  I went to play tennis last weekend with Peter and some of my girlfriends.  We played doubles against one another with Peter playing with my best friend and me playing with my other girlfriend, whom I won’t name but we will just call her “Ditsy” (I am sure you can gather why I choose to call her that).  But, any how needless to say we got crushed…he sure does love to serve the ball where I can never get to it which admittedly is probably EVERYWHERE.  But, it was a good workout I would say.  Got my heartrate up - heck yeh!

The photo above is when Peter and I were walking back to our townhouse.  Gotta love the Nike shorts though - they actually make my legs look good.  I probably actually look like a serious athlete (which I’m not - I wish).  I figured people would like a nice workout photo with me in a diaper so I made sure Peter brought his camera this time and sure enough we got some shots!

FYI: The bigger image of the above image is on the Photography Page.

Diapered and Disabled

November 4, 2008 – 1:09 am | by Adrian

I recently have been getting a fair amount of comments from people that have varying disabilities from Multiple Sclerosis to Cron’s disease.  While myself and many others do suffer from incontinence - suffering from a more disabling disease such as multiple sclerosis presents new and unique problems when it comes to diapers.  I am very sympathetic to people with such diseases as life presents a great deal of difficulties not only in the diaper area but also in other areas.

What amazes me is the fact that I have been getting a fair amount of comments and emails from people that were never involved in the ABDL community but have these diseases and stumbled across my review of Bambino Diapers.  I have gotten a great deal of praise for leading them to a diaper that solves a great deal of the problems that store-brand diapers just don’t solve.  This makes me feel very warm and fuzzy inside for multiple reasons.  First, I helped someone which I always enjoy doing and solving their problem by referring them to a product that can truly help them.  Second, some of them have even discovered the ABDL community which they never knew existed and have found a level of comfort in conversing with people that are in their same situation or at least can relate on a disabled or interest level, with interests being diapers.

Getting comments and emails really encourages me a lot in what I do especially when I help people that need it the most.  Whether its referring them to a specific product or just giving them someone to converse and talk to and relate to - I really truly do enjoy helping people out.  I just wanted to share that as I am a big believer in promoting the goodness within the ABDL community and the amazing products that not only enhance our community but also can benefit others outside our community.

The ABDL Symbol

October 30, 2008 – 8:39 pm | by Adrian

I have long been a supporter for some sort of universal ABDL symbol being made.  There was a ‘pin’ designed a while back but it was so plain and boring.  I truly think that a creative symbol that is not blatently obvious needs to be designed so as to represent the ABDL community.  I would love to be able to spearhead this movement but I am definitely go to not only need ideas but also someone who is very experienced in graphic design.  I am descent at it (a lot better than the average Joe) but if we are going to do it I think it should be done right.  I was thinking about possibly having 2-4 designs made and then hosting a vote on my blog for which everyone thinks is the best one.  Obviously, it has to be something people aren’t going to be afraid to wear (i.e. an image of adult in a diaper lol) but it has to represent US as a community as a whole.

It would be awesome to be able to walk down the street and see a t-shirt, pin, hat, etc. with this symbol on it somehow and know what it means.  I think it would significantly enhance the community but also interaction and socialization within the community.  Let me know what you all think as I really am interested in getting this going!

Setting The Record Straight

October 27, 2008 – 1:04 pm | by Adrian

Hi all.  Well, I have been getting some pretty hateful comments from a person lately from Aunt Elli or use to be from them - not exactly sure who they are.  But, basically he/she is saying very rude comments about how I am promoting IMABDL and bashing Aunt Elli and sites like that.  Also, he/she claims there are Aunt Elli pictures and wellpadded pictures on IMABDL - which since all photos are user uploaded we do our best to moderate them.  But, first off - I am not the main owner of IMABDL nor am I really an “owner” - I participate and can moderate but I have no ownership part in it.  Second, it states on the frontpage of IMABDL that we DO NOT ALLOW copyrighted material (go read on the frontpage yourself).  It also states in the page that if you find a copyrighted image or an image you would like removed then to please report it and it will be removed which I have personally done on multiple occasions and it is no big deal.

Look, not everyone is going to like IMABDL just like not everyone likes Aunt Elli.  I never insulted their site I just said that the payment fee (whether it is $13 or $19.99 like a lot of sites per month) doesn’t seem like the best thing to some people because their updates are not that often when your only paying for a month.  But, I never insulted them or bashed them.  I also said its all preference.  SOME PEOPLE may like that setup and then some people may like the one-time lifetime fee like IMABDL offers.  It is truly saddening to me because those were not my intentions to bash any other site…I was just telling a perspective that a lot of others seem to share.

If there are copyrighted then they either slipped by moderation or someone cut off the copyright on it which unless myself or the other moderators just recognize the type of photo we don’t know whether its from a site like Aunt Elli, Wellpadded, etc.  But, everyone must understand that we are updated daily thanks to our thousands of users that participate and upload great content.  If they choose to upload copyrighted material all we can do is do our best to moderate to the best of our ability what images get through.  But, its really not a big deal to remove the copyrighted images from a site like Aunt Elli - I would just have hoped they would have reported the image because obviously they are going to know their photos better then I or anyone else will.

Myself, nor IMABDL is trying to make enemies with anyone and we do our best to keep people happy.  Basically, since I got these hateful comments I have been PERSONALLY trying to go through the thousands of photos on IMABDL trying to weed out any photos slipped by.  I just wish people would be a little more understanding and realize that not everyone is trying to be damaging or mean about something.  Don’t jump to conclusions so quickly, because it might just be a honest mistake or something unknown to them.  Even though I am not an owner of IMABDL I am willing to help to the best of my ability to fix any problems one may have, regardless of what it is.

Going Out Photo

October 22, 2008 – 4:29 pm | by Adrian

Here is a photo we took going out with some friends to a bar on Monday night.  Monday night football - heck yeh!  Those pants are from Hollister and as you can tell very low rise that is why so much of the diaper is showing when my shirt is pulled up.  But, I love those pants.  We don’t go out to bars to often because I am not the biggest drinker…I might have a glass of wine or one beer but I must admit I am not a big alcohol fan and if I do drink - I like fruity drinks :-)

Also, on a side note - some of my good friends from IMABDL have a huge surprise for the IMABDL community coming within the next day or two.  I was able to test it out today and it is amazing but its a whole new add-on feature rich social network.  It will be included in the membership but it will be basically a whole other site you will get access to as well (like a partner site).  Its very clean, neat, and organized.  I am very excited for them and the whole IMABDL community.  Cheers!

Diapers and Faces

October 20, 2008 – 9:19 pm | by Adrian

Ok, I decided to make a post about the subject of showing your face in this community.  I have become seemingly frustrated of the number of comments/request/etc to this matter and I see it all over the community especially for other women.  First off, the people who say this really need to think about what they are saying before they say it.  They are basically asking that person to open themselves up to the internet…the internet for Christ sake.  Where once its on the internet…its everywhere.  You can password protect it, copyright, whatever - it will spread.  For people, like myself, who are in jobs that cannot afford to be ‘unmasked’ so publicly in the ABDL community for guarantee of losing their/my job.  While, yes, I must wear diapers because I am incontinent and many co-workers know - they don’t know I am involved in a community of people who love diapers and some who find it sexually gratifying.

While I will stick up for my fellow ABDL friend - I will not jeopardize my career and my life and relationships I have formed personally and publicly just because a few people want my face shown for whatever reason.  I don’t mind taking photos where you can see a piece of my face, my hair, my upper body whatever - but atleast understand a degree of privacy in not showing my face as well as understand other people’s reasons.

Some women and people in this community show their faces and may have jobs similar to mine and don’t find a problem with it.  And I say more power to them.  You are welcome to call me a coward all you want and thats fine - I will take that.  But, it will not stop me from blogging and it will not stop me from taking photos and it will not stop me from trying to educate, entertain, and please the readers and fans of my blog, photos, and posts.

The Perfect Smelling Oil Lotion

October 17, 2008 – 9:31 pm | by Adrian

I have been using a certain kind of oil/lotion in the shower that is made by Johnson and Johnson that I am sure atleast a few people have heard of.  I absolutely love it too, but maybe thats because I am just a girl.  I highly recommend it though to anyone.  Its actually called Johnson and Johnson Melt Away Stress Massaging Moisturizing Softoil.  I absolutely adore this stuff.  I put it on right as a I am about to get out of the shower and it makes my skin so soft and smell so good.  It is quite potent I will admit but to me it helps relax me while also has a little touch of a baby smell to it.  Yes, it is a little more of a ‘girly’ smell but its NOT flowery or anything like that.

Its absolutely perfect I think.  Especially, in my case what I do a lot of times after a hard day is I will take a nice hot shower and put this oil on right as I am getting out of the shower.  Then, I will put on a nice thick diaper such as a Bambino or even an Attends feels good a lot of times (Attends fan as well).  Then, typically I will put my onesie on and just lay on our nice cozy couch and watch some TV in the dark.  Ahhh, just thinking about it makes me relax.  Try it sometime, its absolutely perfect especially with this stuff.  You can buy it at Walmart or Target or anywhere like that.  Its pretty easy to come by.  Give it a shot - I highly recommend it though.

The Reality of Certain Diaper Paysites

October 15, 2008 – 11:34 pm | by Adrian

I felt like making a post about the numerous “same ol’, same ol’” diaper paysites that keep popping up.  I think they have to be the most ridiculous sites.  I don’t want to “per se” bash them but everyone knows the reason people pay to see the photos, to see these women (models) in diapers.  These models that 99% probably don’t like diapers and are doing it for a paycheck.  I am not one to say what someone is entertained by but these sites are purely starting to get annoying and they always look the same.  PLUS, they charge and arm and a leg for one measley month of service where you may get 1-3 updates during that month.  Some are worse than that - Aunt Elli, FlBabyGirls, Baby-Doll, and the list goes on.  You pay around $20 for these sites A MONTH.  That to me is sort of ridiculous for what they offer.  I would much rather pay for a site once and be done with it not worry about being charged again or whatever.  Also, I don’t want to see models in diapers - I would rather see a real person that actually enjoys wearing them or has to wear them and has come accustomed to them.  Being a 24 year old girl, I don’t get to see too many variety photos of real, if you want to use the word ‘amateur’ women wearing diapers like me.

Its just truly sad because so many people coming into the ABDL scene see these big name sites like the Aunt Elli and DiaperGal and all that and they believe it.  Which, can be good for your own personal fantasizing, but I think personally it really henders a lot of people’s way of thinking because they see these gorgeous models in them and it makes them really almost feel depressed and sad because they want to have somebody like that so bad.  This causes them I think to lose track of what they really should be looking for in a relationship not just the diaper aspect.  Yeh, I know thats really psychological and all but truly - there are going to be some people reading this and think about it may realize that may be happening to them.

My opinion is that if you have to join a paysite or you want to, try to join one that provides access to amateur photos and is updated a lot more often.  And for God sake, don’t pay 19.95 or more for one month of access, lol.  There are a number of good sites out there that don’t cost an arm and a leg to join that gives you access to huge databases of amateur photos that are neatly organized.  Off the top of my head a major one is IMABDL.com (www.imabdl.com).  There are a couple other ones in which I will have to lookup.  In no way am I saying go sign up there now, I am just saying for people thinking about joining certain paysites, you may want to rethink certain ones and go for a cheaper one rather than a really expensive one that doesn’t offer all that much besides the same ol’ stuff.  I am not looking to get bashed on this post but I have a feeling I will somehow but this is MY opinion as a girl and I can’t really know all the time what a guy thinks so…go easy on me if you disagree lol.
